I don't often do 'personal' posts, but I'm doing a 5-day challenge at the moment that I thought was worth sharing. If you're wanting to lose weight or improve your health, and haven't come across Martine Carroll, I'd recommend checking out her pages.
Most of us know what we should be doing when it comes to nutrition, exercise, etc. We just don't do it or take a 'go hard go home' approach to starting a health journey and then hit a wall. Martine flips that on its head with a really strong focus on self-care and well-being as a starting point.
