Thank you again for the amazing opportunity to join you on your 3-Session Fast Track Your Fitness Program.
Before I started the program, I lacked the motivation to exercise, even though I've always played a sport and gone to the gym.
Over the last couple of years, I have stopped playing touch rugby and netball and only referee one game of touch per week. If the weather is fine, I'll go for a walk or swim.
If the weather is too cold, I use my exercycle.
From my first session, Martine held me accountable. I was given 5 tasks, and I completed 99.33%. I was fully enrolled because I had registered and was going to make the most of my time.
The most valuable part was completing a food diary on an app, not to count calories but to capture a snapshot of what levels my vitamins, minerals, etc, were at so we could set the levels in relation to my goals.
After the program, I experienced a shift in my mindset toward exercise. I blocked time out in my daily schedule to exercise instead of doing it around the family schedule.
I am looking forward to increasing my exercise equipment at home. Also, there has been a definite shift in how I prepare meals: I cook what I want to eat!
I will be recommending this program to friends and family. Everyone needs a coach to refocus on what it is that you want & how to get it.
