About Me!
Hitting your 40s and 50s and beyond is no joke, physically and emotionally. Your body becomes alien, it doesnât respond to nutrition and exercise the same, and you never seem able to get on top of it. I know. It happened to me.

A health & fitness coach who thought she knew it all for over 30 years until my own body betrayed me.
I wish I had known things 20 years ago to make the transition into the '40s and beyond less frustrating and heartbreaking Out of sheer frustration and dogged determinedness, I embarked on a journey of re-learning everything I knew about nutrition and fitness to be at peace with my body and help others.

Nothing juices me more than helping you move through the limitations you think your body has and returning to a more mobile vital, and sexy you. It's a different approach than "move more, eat less."
