
We are fast approaching the end of the Year, and I know some people will be feeling a bit sh*t about where they are at with the targets that they set for themselves at the beginning of the year.
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO START!
So, you missed 11 months, so what?! Don’t wait for the New Year to start. You have a whole month.
I want to encourage you to make a move today as you read this. What is one small thing you could do every day that could make an impact?
Today is a brand-new day, a brand-new week, and a brand-new month. There is a fresh start available in every moment.
Perhaps this is a reoccurring behavior and happens most years, especially when it comes to your health and fitness.
There is one huge thing you could do in a small, consistent way that will change everything for you moving forward.
I am going to give you the key to your success. Are you ready?
Start with your mindset and belief systems! Yup, that’s right, you get that going and make small improvements every day. You will win, without a doubt! YOU ARE UNSTOPPABLE!
Here are a couple of strategies for you to put into action.
Replace negativity with positivity. Not always easy. Practice anyway.
Think happy thoughts, or better yet, think them and FEEL them.
Find the thoughts that bring you the most joy and allow them to flood your body.
Remember a time that really filled your cup, and make that your set point to visit often throughout your day.
If you feel like adding in some other targets, then here are a few; however, your mindset and your relationship with you are paramount, so do not discount that.
Exercise or move your body and have FUN.
Drink lots of water.
Nourish your body.
Healthy is happy. Inspire yourself and then others. Create. Laugh. Play. Love. Learn. Give someone a compliment. Make a new friend. Do a random act of kindness. Take chances and start living life to its fullest.
Lastly, no matter what's thrown at you today, tomorrow next week, smile and remember tomorrow's always a fresh new start. 💝❤️🌸😇😁
