All too often, I have witnessed people lifting their focus on their health and well-being after they have a health event. I have also seen those who did not get the chance to address it in time.

I am not talking about a heart attack or similar.

  • What about feeling more confidence

  • To have less pain in your body

  • Feel your clothes looser on your body

  • Feel stronger, fitter, mobile and flexible

Regular exercise, healthy eating, adequate sleep, managing stress, maintaining a healthy weight, and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can help you maintain good health. It also can reduce the risk of developing chronic conditions. Taking responsibility for your health outcomes by having regular check-ups with your healthcare provider can help you stay informed about your health status and identify potential concerns early on. That way, you can be on top of your quality of life.

Having a plan for managing your health and fitness is super important. A program that encompasses all self-care areas. Most people do not plan this area of their life, unfortunately, as it sometimes seems an impossible job. Is that you?
