In case you missed the tea last week, here's a quick update from my world:
I'm back doing face-to-face PT at Les Mills and loving it
I've dropped a ton of fat, feel stronger, and have way more energy
I'm teaching group fitness again (outside of Les Mills this time)
I've got a few spots open for 1-on-1 coaching—either at Les Mills or privately
I'm about to launch something fun and very doable: the Flex 45 Challenge
